Many thanks for choosing the Olney Militia. You are now in the vetting procedure. To clarify you are an OM in name only as the OM itself and the citizens of NB will be watching you (creepy as it sounds it's called vetting)
By putting OM in your groups is like you declaring you are are wearing our colors or our badge, in other words you are 'us' out there. We do this as a good way to vet potential new members.
To become a full member you get vetted by us and then if successful gain access to the board (your registered account remains pending until then). When & if that happens is up to you and what you do.... have a read of what we expect from you in this topic.
Please do keep checking back here as we might have other questions or missions for you. This post is your contact point with us so we also really appreciate your intel posts on the burb and zeds# out there.
All the best
Couple of Questions Is this your only UD character or is this an alt? Do you have any alts that are members of other groups either zed or human? What role within the OM do you see yourself preforming the best in? What would you find interesting to do if there were no zeds for a time? Do you find using forums an essential part of the UD Game or prefer the in-game approach? What time/zone are you online?

I have another UD character but he is very distant from this one and is a member of no other groups The role i see this character best at is revives and healing If there were no zeds for a while i would repair and barricade as many buildings as possible to make the next attack more likely to fail This is the first time ive used a forum but it has proven very helpful eastern time zone

Many thanks for your answers, we would like you to search for FAKs and hold healing clinics in VS+2 entry points around the burb.
If you find new scans of zed profiles then post them here, we also like reports on zed numbers found outside & in and where.
Once you have 100 XP buy free running. Next 75 buy Lab Experience.
Once you can use syringes we would like you to respond to the revive requests found on the open post. We do not offer random revives or combat revives so please do not use syringes as weapons or revive blind. Many thanks

No problem here is how to do it. Go to the 3 sub-boards (they are open to the public) Choose the player you want to revive and add it to your in-game contacts. Choose a color e.g purple in the contacts page so you know it's a player looking for a revive. then in-game approach the RP and in the group of zeds you will see the zed named in purple. Next to your Syringe you will notice a drop down tab. Click on the tab arrow and scroll down to the player in purple and select it & then click on the syringe button. That player selection will now drop to the floor revived. Once that is done you can delete that revived contact and make a reply post on the revive board requesters post to claim that revive. If you find the requester is not there or lying in the dead pile also do a reply post to their request saying 'Not there' or 'lying in the pile'. How to add a contact ~ example Click on this ~ www.urbandead.com/profile.cgi?id=525550and scroll the to the bottom and click on button Add playername to your contacts list This will then switch to your in-game contact list (Make sure you are logged into the game on another browser window.) Or in-game just click on any old human scroll to the bottom of their profile page and add to contacts. (You can test this out this with all active OMs on the wiki page and then try out adding a color to all of them so you will know they are all OMs in zed form.) Once you've got a player listed in your contacts list it is then easier to add other contacts by ~ In-game go to your contact list Click on any contact already listed this will open up the players profile page. In the URL address bar you will notice at the end the id=numbers e.g www.urbandead.com/profile.cgi?id=525550 is mine swap this for example to 466071 and hit enter key and this will now refresh to Masara's profile scroll to the bottom and click the Add Masara to your contact list. It will then show Masara as listed in your contacts. Before choosing a color you will notice the URL address bar is slightly different with this you can keep changing the id numbers and hitting enter key until you've added all the ones you want. I hope this helps.

Thanks for the info i will starts revives when i get some syringes I just moved to the south side of the suburb all the resource buildings around the hebitech were ruined along with st julies. there wasnt much poin in me staying because i was out of resources and was in one of the two lit buildings i could see so it would only be a matter of time before the barricades got kicked down.

Good stuff... many thanks for your intel. I have classified it to stop zed prying eyes, your intel has been passed on to the OM.
overnight, stay clear of the core to keep healthy. The mall is down so do local searches
p.s We would like you to start thinking of a description for your character as we like our members to not be A non-descript survivor.

Read your message after i used my ap so im spending another night in CLASSIFIED. But there are alot of unlit ehb buildings to hide in so i should be fine. CLASSIFIED down again and there are 13 zombies outside and four inside. The only lit building is the CLASSIFIED. ive only CLASSIFIED left so tomorrow ill move to the CLASSIFIED of the suburb and get CLASSIFIED hopefully i can find a CLASSIFIEDso i can start CLASSIFIED that will keep the zombies busy if were goning to take back the CLASSIFIED of the suburb we are going to need CLASSIFIED. ive been keeping the CLASSIFIED and CLASSIFIED mostly clear but there was one left when i logged off ill revive him tomorrow. I would like your advice on skill selection i just picked up first aid to make the faks go farther but im unsure of which ones to pick next

Another 46XP to accrue then buy Surgery. Then you can heal for 1 FAK gain 15HP in a lit hospital 10HP in any other building. No extra XP gain for these still 5XP.
Next 100XP ~ Start beefing up and aim for Body Building. It will give you 60HP.
Many thanks for your intel it has now been classified and full copy has been passed on to the OM.
a reminder don't random revive or combat revive only revive if the zed has requested on our board

Moved to the southern part of the suburb st. julie has been rebarricaded dear st. pd needs help the zeds broke in broke the generator i closed the door and repaired some of the barricades but there are six zeds inside i dont have any combat ability so i did what i could but if we dont help them theyll all be dead soon. There are small groups of zeds around the core of the suburb but not any large group when i left i did one revive then moved to the southern part of the suburb i was able to find a toolbox and im going to spend the next day or two picking up faks and syringes before i head back. Ill take your advice on the skills to pick up. I have a question on revies am i not allowed to revive people who havent posted on the forum. I do a dna extraction and then check their profile before i revive them but i thought everyone we revive will help us get closer to retaking the suburb
